Shipping and Delivery Policy Details
We aim to deliver products within 1-5 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Delivery timelines depend on the selected shipping method and destination.
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your chosen shipping method and delivery location. All applicable fees, including taxes or duties, will be clearly displayed before completing your order.
Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you, including a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order status on the carrier’s website.
Although we strive to deliver your orders promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen factors like adverse weather,customs inspections, or courier issues. If such delays arise, we will ensure you’re kept informed.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase to avoid any issues.
Delivery address changes are permitted only if the order is in “Confirmed” or “Pending” status. Once the order has been shipped, modifications to the address cannot be made.
Currently, we only ship within India and do not cater to international locations at this time.
